	Dan Tefft, President & CEO Founder and CEO, started TreeBanking, Inc. in 2007 after working in the capital market for commodities and real estate investment business for 2 years. Prior to this Dan worked in the design implementation sector of the broadband and fiber optics industry. His acquired invaluable experience working with and creating high performance teams provides the basis for TBI's success.


	Jocelyne Grzela-Tefft, Chief Financial Officer Founder and CFO, started TreeBanking, Inc. in 2007 after working in office/business management for 30 years. Jocelyne has started five businesses, and acquired invaluable experience with business management as well as working in the capital for commodities and real estate investment which provides the basis for TBI's success.


	Edward Harding, Director of TreeBanking-Ecuador Edward has abeen involved in Ecuadorian agricultural activities since his youth. He also has 10 years of corporate experience at the senior management level. Edward participated in the Dole Food's Management internship program.
